Analysis of Data Needs Survey for BPS-Statistics of Timor Tengah Utara Regency 2021

Data Needs Survey is a survey that held annually by Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS). Its goals are identifying the needs of statistic data and customer satisfaction about BPS's services and products. Data Needs Survey has been held since 2005. The respondent of Data Needs Survey 2021 is the consumer who's using services from Pelayanan Statistik Terpadu (PST)`, ranging from face-to-face service in the office or using our online services. In general, Data Needs Survey's goals is collecting feedback from the consumer and evaluation for BPS to maintain and improve the data quality. The result of Data Needs Survey is a publication with consumer characteristic analysis, data needs analysis, data quality satisfaction analysis and unit service performance analysis. This publication complemented with Customer Satisfaction Index.
